Dear Ms. Ulmen,
Mitchell Development Group, LLC respectfully requests that the City Commission
postpone the hearing for the above Appeal from August 9, 2010 to August 16, 2010.
Mitchell Development Group has met with representatives from the City and Planning
Department and would appreciate a one week extension to facilitate a possible settlement
of the Appeal.
