Issued June 1, 2009
WHEREAS, a local emergency declaration for the City of Bozeman had been
issued on March 5, 2009 due to the explosion which occurred on the north side of the
200 block of East Main Street; and,
WHEREAS, the emergency declaration was issued through Administrative
Order No. 2009-01; and,
WHEREAS, the emergency declaration would remain in place until terminated
by separate Administrative Order;
WHEREAS, the emergency has abated;
NOW THEREFORE, as principal Executive Officer of the City of Bozeman, I
hereby terminate the declaration of emergency issued on March 5, 2009.
BE IT FURTHER DECLARED, that copies of this Administrative Order be filed
with the Clerk of the Commission and the Montana Disaster and Emergency Services
Division in Helena, Montana.
