Issued June 30, 1997
WHEREAS, a local emergency declaration for the City of Bozeman had been issued on
March 17, 1997 due to the imminent threat of flooding caused by record snow pack levels and
impending warm weather; and,
WHEREAS, the local emergency declaration was issued tlu•ough Administrative Order No.
1997-02; and,
WHEREAS, Administrative Order No. 1997-02 provided that the emergency declaration
would remain in place until terminated by separate Administrative Order;
WHEREAS, it appears that the threat of potential flooding and imminent threat of a
disaster has subsided; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, as principal Executive Officer of flee City of Bozeman, I hereby
terminate the declaration of emergency issued on March 17, 1997.
BE IT FURTHER DECLARED that copies of this Administrative Order be filed with
the Clerlc of the City Commission and the Montana Disaster Emergency Services Division in
Helena, Montana.
