ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 1996-02
Issued February 8, 1996
WHEREAS, general flooding has occurred on or about February 7, 1996,
within the City of Bozeman, and is anticipated to continue for the next few days.
NOW, THEREFORE, as principal executive officer of the City of
Bozeman, I hereby declare a local emergency pursuant to Section 10-3-402, MCA,
and all provisions of the City Emergency Operations Plan are in effect.
BE IT FURTHER DECLARED, that copies of this Administrative Order
be filed with the Clerk of the City Commission and the Montana Disaster and
Emergency Services Division in Helena.
