[Plat reference: J-4531 The address of the subject property is as follows: 3390 South 30'h Bozeman, Montana 59718 Aspen Homes, Inc. , of 5575 Black Bear Road, Bozeman, Montana 59715, as Grantor, conveyed the above mentioned real property to Stewart Title of Bozeman, of 2407 West Main, ,Suite 1, Bozeman, Montana 55718, as Trustee, to secure an obligation owed to Flathead Bank, Valley Bank of Belgrade Branch, of 98 North Broadway, P.O. Box 106, Belgrade, Montana 59714, as Beneficiary, by that Deed of Trust recorded August 25, 2010, as document number 2368455, records of Gallatin County, Montana. Wayne Jennings, attorney at law, was substituted as Trustee in place of Stewart. Title of Bozeman, by means of an Appointment of Successor Trustee, dated October, 25, 2012, and recorded October 29, 2012, as document no.2430577, records of Gallatin County, Montana. Aspen Domes, .Inc. , has defaulted in the performance of Promissory Note secured by the above mentioned Deed of Trust, by failing to pay the principal and accrued interest on the Promissory 1 2460123 Page 2 of 2 08/21/2013 01:56,21 PM Note given in the original amount of $500, 162.76. The Promissory Note is currently past due and delinquent. As of August 6, 2013, the principal balance owed is $497,775.33. There are late fees of $2499.75, which are also due and payable, and interest accrued in the sum of *4291 .71 from the date of the last payment on the loan through August 6, 2013, for a total of $504, 566.79. Interest will accrue on the above mentioned obligation at the rate of four and one-quarter percent (4.25%) per annum, or $57.96 per day until such time as the full obligation is satisfied. Other expenses to be charged against the sale proceeds include all real property tax payments advanced by lender, the trustee's and attorney's fees and costs and expenses of sale. The Beneficiary has elected to sell the subject property to satisfy the obligation and has directed the Successor Trustee to commence such sale proceedings.
