The City of Bozeman is seeking Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from experienced water rights
attorneys or firms, licensed in the State of Montana, for a contract to provide legal guidance and
document preparation in the review and verification of the City's existing water rights and to assist in
the development of an Integrated Water Resources Plan. The City will evaluate the SOQs based on the
attorney's or firm's ability to perform the duties requested and demonstrated relevant experience.
