The Election Office has received your resolution to hold a mail ballot election for the Bozeman
Municipal Primary (if necessary) on September 18,2U11, and the Bozeman Municipal General
om November 9.2011
The close of filing is June 3D.2O11. which will determine whether a Primary Election will be
necessary, Upon the close of filing, | will certify the candidates tothe Office ofPolitical
Practices. As soon as I receive the certification, I will formulate a written plan and a time table
which will be sent bo you and hz the Secretary ofState.
