The annual water use esƟmate for Open Spaces A & B is 71,156 gallons (0.22 acre feet).
I don’t believe this was calculated in our drawings.

Can you please provide an annual irrigaƟon esƟmate for OS A and OS B in Phase 3A of Blackwood Groves? We need to
include it in our cash-in-lieu of water rights calculaƟons. Please include the boulevard fronƟng the open spaces but not
including any boulevards fronƟng private lots. (Sorry if I’m the calculaƟon if it already exists).
