At long last, we have approval from the DEQ for the attached revised corrective warranty deed and
restrictive covenant.
It will take a few weeks for us to circulate for signatures and get recorded. Please send this email to the
City so they can see the DEQ has approved this form and see if they will accept this approval and
continue to process our site plan review.
Please copy me on the message to the City and I am happy to chime in with any questions they may
have. Thanks.

As discussed last week, attached is a clean version of the Corrective Warranty Deed and exhibits,
including the Restrictive Covenant approved by DEQ. Please let me know when this has been filed with
the County and send DEQ a copy of the filing/receipt.
