Based on a net residential land area of 0.84 acres, the max 8 du for land dedication and an additional 4 du up to the max density cap of 12, the land dedication requirement is 0.20 acres and the CILP amount is $11,325.60 based on 0.10 acres@$2.60/square foot. Total CILP if requesting an adjustment to land dedication requirement would be $33,976.80. The second set of calculations is without the max 12 du cap and is based on the actual density of the development. With a net residential density of 132 units (111 units/0.84 acres) the total CILP amount would be $376,009.40. Ross Knapper | Park Planner City of Bozeman | Parks and Recreation Department P.O. He's Park Planner who is primary contact for development review. 2 • We're currently at $2.60 psf and this will be updated within the next few months. The amount at Site Plan adequacy will be used. • The density cap at 12 du/acre for parkland is a substantial incentive for dense projects like yours. I'll have Ross share the incentive in dollar value too. Addi Jadin | Park Planning and Development Manager City of Bozeman | Parks and Recreation Department P.O. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe. Hi Addi, I had a couple of questions. • First could you look at my parkland tracking table? We are proposing a cash in-lieu payment, and I want to make sure that I have set this up correctly. • Second, I wanted to know what the dollar per SF for the CILP would be. On a previous project is was $1.72/SF, but I know this may have increased since 2021. • Third, this project is receiving deep incentives per BMC 38.380.030 because we are providing affordable housing at a lower AMI. Is there any similar incentives for parkland CILP? Thanks for your help!
