HomeMy WebLinkAbout017_L2.1 IRRIGATION PLANDURSTAN ROAD NAHORNIAKBOZEMAN, MTDURSTAN ROADXIRRIGATION NOTES 2. Mainline piping shall be 1” SCH40 PVC. All lateral piping shall be SCH40 PVC and/or 100psi PE pipe. All pipe sizes are 1” on plan. Drip piping is acceptable at 3/4”. 3. Wiring is 18awg multi-strand. 1. The plan is diagrammatic for piping, wiring, and head locations. Adjust all piping and heads when obvious obstructions or grade changes exist. 4. Sprinkler head spacing and location dictate type of MP100 and MP2000 Rotator nozzle. 6. All electrical and manual valves are to be installed within 12” depth standard size or larger boxes. No more than four valves allowed per box. 5. A Rainbird ESP3ME controller shall be installed in the designated location (TBD). Power source for irrigation controller to be supplie by others and coordinated with general contractor. 7. An appropriate backflow assembly and exterior connection point shall be supplied and installed by others within approved mechanical room (TBD). It is the responsibility of the landscape contractor to coordinate installation per local codes and ordinaces as well as with architecture and all other trades. 8. Install a Rainbird WR2RFC Rain/Freeze sensor in a location where obvious overhead obstructions are absent and sensor will not be oversprayed by irrigation system 9. Turf valves to be line-size Rainbird DV100 and Drip valves to be Rainbird XCZLF-100-PRF. All isolation valves shall be line-sized ( 1” ). 10. Irrigation Contractor shall adjust all sprinklers to provide proper radius and to minimize overspray onto buildings, sidewalks, roads, etc. 11. All Sprinkler nozzles to be Hunter MP Rotators with Rainbird 1804SAM-P45 spray bodies or equal. 12. Planting beds shall be irrigated with point-source drip irrigation based on individual plant water-requirements. 13. All mixed shrub and tree plantings to be irrigated with dedicated drip tubing. Drip emitters to be adjusted per requirements of each individual plant. See Plant Water Schedule. 14. System designed to fall within opertating pressure of 60 psi. and 15 gpm. 15. ALL SLEEVING TO BE 4” SCH40 PVC. No Exceptions. Sleeving to be supplied and installed by others. It is the responsibility of the landscape contractor to coordinate installation with General Contractor. 16. All information to be field verified by Landscape Contractor prior to installation. 17. The contractor shall maintain an accurate and current ‘as-built’ on site at all times.
