Phase 1
1. Break ground mid-December with water and sewer mains
a. Dig trenches
b. Tap COB main
c. Install manhole in street
d. Install new water/sewer mains
e. Install manhole on property
f. Install fire hydrant on property
g. Stub 2 service connections for:
i. Sewer
ii. Water
iii. Fire Service
h. Backfill trenches
i. Note - Final road grade and curb/paving will not happen until spring 2023
2. Connect existing home to water and sewer service connections.
3. Dig foundation for first structure (phase 1)
4. Pour foundations and garage slabs
5. Backfill foundation
6. Construct First building
Phase 2
7. Demolish existing structure at 5170 Durston Road
8. Dig foundation for second structure (phase 2)
9. Pour foundations and garage slabs
10. Backfill Foundation
11. Construct second building
12. Finalize site grading
13. Landscaping
