Good morning, Tanner,
A MOD will not be required. The design will need to include the second entrance shown on the original site plan and
floor plans, materials will need to be similar to those exisng on the site, and some addional roofline modulaon will
be required – an exact match of the PUD elevaons i s not required. Transparency on elevaons included in applicaon
materials appears to be in line with the transparency in PUD files and should be maintained. Standards such as the high
visibility street corner and block frontage will not need to be met.
A PUD with this level of detail aims to create cohesive development so modifying the design in this way will help the
project meet its intent. Please feel free to reach out with any quesons.
