Madison Engineering 895 Technology Blvd., Suite 203 Bozeman, MT 59718 RE: Gran Cielo II Annexation and ZMA, Application 22090 Dear Mr. Budeski, The City of Bozeman has preliminarily approved the annexation and zone map amendment (revision 2) subject to the terms and contingencies outlined in the staff report. Please refer to the Annexation and Zone Map Amendment (ZMA) contingencies for specific items to submit to finalize the annexation and establish initial zoning that includes an editable meets and bounds property description and map for the ZMA. Upon receipt of outstanding contingencies for annexation and zoning final review will commence. Staff will prepare the annexation agreement and send to your attention.
