Currently Vienne operates as a French Bakery with hours of operation from
6:30am-3pm Tuesday through Friday and 7:30-4pm Saturday and Sunday. Vienne
is looking to add a Restaurant Wine and Beer License and extend hours to 6:30am-
9pm Tuesday through Friday and 7:30am-10pm Saturday and Sunday. We had the
future wine bar included in our initial site plan and are now ready to make it a
reality. Everything else will remain the same in the café, we will just be adding in
the bar on the corner wall, as indicated in the floor plan.
We have 26 seats in the café including what will be the wine service bar. We will
continue to operate as a bakery in the morning and will be extending our hours to
operate as a small wine bar and restaurant in the evening so the seating that we
currently have will go from providing space for our customers to sit during the day
in the bakery to becoming seating for the wine bar and small restaurant menu we
will have in the evening.
There will be no structural changes in the building and the space will remain the
same so there will be no adverse effects to any neighboring properties.
We will comply with all rules and regulations set up for the Restaurant Beer and
Wine License we are applying for and will comply with any additional conditions
necessary to protect the safety and well-being of the public.
