NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to allpotentialpurchasers of realproperty locatedat 507 West

debrishas been used to re-fillexistingexcavations.A geotechnicalassessment has determined
thiscrushed constructiondebrisisnot suitableforthe supportof buildingfootings.
THEREFORE,BE ADVISED that,thatpriorto any new sitedevelopment,a geotechnicalreport
,shallbe prepared for use during planning,design and construction,and no buildingpermits will
be issuedunlessand untiltheconstructiondebrismaterialisremoved from under allfuturefooting
locationsand allother specificationsprovided in the required geotechnical reportregarding
-removal of thematerialhave been met.
