Please see below in response to the code requirements contained in the conditional approval letter for the above project: 1. BMC 38.410.130.D – Water Adequacy. The client is aware of this and will take care of it. 2. BMC 38.410.100.1.2.f – Watercourse plantings. The watercourse setback is clearly labeled on sheet L101 with dimensions and plant symbols. Sheet L101 Notes: 50' WATERCOURSE SETBACK
ZONE 1: ALL DISTURBED AREAS TO BE PLANTED WITH NATIVE GRASSES AND VEGETATION. ONE SHRUB PER 10 LINEAR FT AND ONE TREE PER 30 LINEAR FT REQUIRED. 310 LF= 30 SHRUBS AND 10 TREES REQUIRED, 32 SHRUBS AND
10 TREES PROVIDED ZONE 2: DISTURBED AREAS OF ZONE 2 MUST BE PLANTED WITH NEW OR EXISTING NATIVE GRASSES SUITED FOR THE AREA
