Hi Blake,
To follow up on our call from this afternoon, I'm performing the official water adequacy/CILWR fee determination with the site plan review so please go ahead and
submit your applications and just include this email indicating you've reached out.
As for your email beyond, for hotels generally, I estimate approx. 70gal/day. This shifts depending on the amenities of the hotel, but at the current CILWR fee rate of
$6k/acre-ft the 121 key hotel would be in the ballpark of$57K +the irrigation demand if it's supplied from the City system.
Finally, for the multi-family residential project attached is our high-efficently CILWR rebate agreement we discussed. Please let me know if you have any questions
or if your team is interested.
