address of 3661 Jagar Land, Bozeman, Montana 59718, the Grantor, does hereby grant,
bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the CITY OF BOZEMAN, a Montana municipal
corporation, with address of P.O. Box 1230, Bozeman, Montana 59771, the Grantee, the
following described premises in Gallatin County, Montana,to-wit:

indicated in the public records or plats filed and recorded in the office of the County Clerk
and Recorder of Gallatin County, Montana, or which may be ascertained from a visual
inspection of the land, including ditch and utility easements. Subject to prior mineral,
oil and gas, and patent rights and reservations and exceptions, if any; Subject to taxes
and other governmental charges and ass'essments accruing or imposed after the date
hereof, Subject to building and use restrictions and zoning ordinances, if any.
TOGETHER WITH all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto, and

and interest of the Grantor therein.

Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, and the said Grantor does hereby covenant
to and with the said Grantee that Grantor is the owner in fee simple of said premises;that
