On behalf of the City Engineer, I certify that the following documents have been received for Nexus Point
Subdivision:
a. As-built drawings, i.e., copies of final plans, profiles, grades and specifications for public improvements,
including a complete grading and drainage plan; and/or
b. Approved and executed concurrent construction plan or improvements agreement.
This plat does not create a street that will intersect with a state highway.
