Hi Susana,
I visited with the KTGY(architect)on this one—blank walls were carefully considered in the layout of the site and but it
appears that two locations do not fully meet the blank wall standard (building#23 and #31) but can be addressed by
swapping the plantings in these locations with taller plantings (38.530.070.C.2). These units are both Type 2 Enhanced
(1-story) so we did enhance architectural features along the subject side elevations but we still have a 20 ft length of
"blank" wall.We can swap the current plantings (Annabelle Hydrangea)with the Hedge Cotoneaster(mature height=8-
10 feet) which should provide greater than 60%coverage of the wall.
