RE: Concurrent Construction for 23235 The Bootes Site Plan

Per review of submittal documents dated August 31, 2023.
I approve concurrent construction for The Bootes Site Plan project.
The following requirements must be met for this approval to be binding.
1. 365/24/7 access to working hydrants and acceptable, approved water source
2. Staging plan for location of construction materials, temporary work trailer, and any
additional combustible materials
3. Ingress and egress routes for emergency services
4. All weather site access
5. Knox locks for fenced or gated areas
