RE: Northwest Crossing Phase 2 Subdivision Preliminary Plat, Application 22129
Dear Applicant,
On February 7, 2023, the Bozeman City Commission met to consider your application for a preliminary plat
to review the above referenced subdivision. The Commissioners voted unanimously 4-0 to approve the
preliminary plat application. On March 7, 2023 the City Commission approved the Findings of Fact and
Order for the subdivision. When it is uploaded, the Findings of Fact signed by the Mayor may be found at
this web link for City Commission Land Agreements, or by reaching out to the City Clerk’s office. This
document will be required for your final plat application submittal.
Per BMC 38.240.160 the initial subdivision application approval period will be in force for three calendar
years for multi-phased major subdivisions after the findings of fact and order date.
