Main Mixed-Use Attachments:ATT00001.txt; ATT00002.htm Hi Cody, Below is the preliminary determinaon, since the pr oposed annual net demand (0.03AF) falls below our 0.25AF threshold requiring the demand to be offset per the water adequacy code (BMC 38.410.130.) the CILWR fee is zero. We’ll sll need to account for the irrigaon demand and I would like to take a look at the plans but we can handle that when the site plan is submi1ed. Let me know if you have any quesons. Hi Griffin, We are working on a site plan for 112 E. Main Street (the current US Bank building). The US Bank will be moving into the adjacent Naonal Building and will be replaced with a new mixed-use building. Could you please provide a preliminary CILWR determinaon for the new mixed-use building? 112 East Main Mixed-Use Building: New Dwelling Units = 7 New Retail = 7,968 s.f. New Office = 8,185 s.f.
