The average day and peak hour vehicle trip generation values for the existing and proposed buildings are attached following the ITE Trip Generation Manual - 11.1 Edition. Net weekday trip ends at the site are expected to increase by 271 average daily trips while the net peak hour trips are expected to increase by 5 and 24 trip ends during the AM and PM peak hours, respectively. Please reach out with any questions or for any additional information needed to determine if a Traffic Impact Study will be required for this project.
