All ground floor units are located such that the patio of each unit is at least 10’ feet from a sidewalk or setback line and all patios incorporate landscaping and or planter boxes in front of the patios in order to create a buffer between the public way and the unit. This strategy complies with “special residential frontages” option 2 of 38.510.030J2. See landscaping and site plans. 2. For landscaping block frontages, the buildings comply with 38.510.030.C in the following ways, see site plans and landscaping plans, and architectural elevations/plans. a. Building placement: see site plans b. Building entrances: Each building features multiple entrances visible from the street and internal parking lots. Each entrance is covered by at least 3’ of weather protection via overhead roofs, see building plans and elevations, site plans. c. Façade transparency: a transparency calculation is provided on the building elevations which complies with the min. 15% transparency requirements for Landscaped frontages. d.
