Attendees met at the Thruline Partners Office at 4 PM.Meeting intent was to review HCB agenda items
and update from site.TLP Agenda:kitchen layout options.
ACTION ITEMS:
●TLP:
○Submit structural details to city
○Contact surveyor for plat and utility maps,alert to curb stop
○Investigate with city the potential of utilizing both water lines
○Confirm lower level egress window sill heights 44”max.
○Provide window R.O.framing Thursday 8/10
○Provide site plan to K&D for negotiating purchase of sliver of adjacent lot
○Follow up with Geotech Engineer re:foundation waterproofing approach and sump pump
○Send K&D WOH bedroom light alternatives
●HCB:
○Review trusses and roof framing once exposed,attn:above dining and kitchen
○Begin working w/Xypex waterproofing rep.Derek
○Salvage concrete slabs and stone fountain pieces
○Look into sump pump performance and drainage solutions
SCHEDULE
●TLP,HCB w/Structural engineer 10 AM,8/10 @ BSB.
●Next OAC meeting 4 PM,8/14 @ BSB or TLP
●HCB to complete demo this week (8.7 -8.11)
●Plan to begin window RO Thursday 8/10
MEETING NOTES:
BASEMENT BEAM
●Demo revealed compromised joists and awkward,jogged beam condition at media room/rec.
room ceiling beams.
●K&D approved moving forward with recessing new beam solution in floor pack.
●Team will review on site with structural engineer 8/10.
