Hello Ben and Scott,
I am helping out Lotus with the Planning submission for the Little Spanish School Site Plan while she is out of
the office. We have received our comments back from Planning and I'm following up.
Per comment #9, from the Building Division, we are being asked to have a pre-application meeting to discuss
the design. We absolutely want to sit down and discuss this design with the Building Depart. My question is
when do we need to complete this meeting in relation to the site plan permitting process we currently are
submitting for? Essentially, do we need to have this meeting before we will receive approval from Planning?
To be clear, we have every intention of sitting down with the Building and Fire departments on this one, in
particular. It's not a regular, simple project.
