J-710A) Narrative The proposed amended plat is being submitted under Subdivision Exemption MCA 76-3-207(d), (f). An Amended Plat of Lots 1, 2 & 3 of the Eastlake Professional Center Subdivision is proposed to aggregate lots 1 & 2 into lot 1A and relocate the N-S property line to match the proposed phases of the development. Multiple Release & Reconveyances will be submitted with the Amened Plat to relocate public water and utility easements to match the proposed relocation of the on-site water and sewer mains so they will be located within a drive lane. New easements will be provided. No existing structures currently exist on site. The reason for relocation is to move the N-S lot line of existing lot 3 out of the adjacent property for the development of 2 hotels within the proposed lots. Included in this application are the development review application, proposed deeds and an owner signed MFE.
