IRRIGATION SYSTEM TO BE DESIGN/BUILDBY A PROFESSIONAL IRRIGATION CONTRACTOR PER THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW.2.A BACKFLOW PREVENTER SHALL BE PROFESSIONALLY INSTALLED AS PER THE CITYOF BOZEMAN REQUIREMENTS.3.A PRESSURE RELEASE VALVE/REGULATOR MAY BE NEEDED DEPENDING ON THE PSI AT POINT OF CONNECTION.4.IRRIGATION POC WILL BE CONNECTED TO CITY SERVICE.5.IRRIGATION DESIGN ASSUMES 25-28GPM FROM WATER SOURCE.6.CARE SHALL BE TAKEN TO ENSURE IRRIGATION SYSTEM IS INSTALLED PROPERLYTO MINIMIZE/ELIMINATE WATER WASTE DUE TO OVER SPRAY ONTO WALKS ANDPARKING LOTS.7.IRRIGATION CONTRACTOR SHALL INSTALL A RAINBIRD (OR SIMILAR) RAIN SENSORTHAT WILL AUTOMATICALLY TURN OFF THE SYSTEM DURING RAIN EVENTS.8.POWER SOURCE TO BE PROVIDED FOR IRRIGATION CONTROLLER ANDCOORDINATED WITH ELECTRICAL. CONTROLLER SHALL BE WEATHERBASED-RAINBIRD ESP-Me SERIES CONTROLLER WITH WR2 WEATHER SENSOR ANDLNK WIFI MODULE.9.ALL TURF AREAS ARE TO BE SPRAY OR ROTOR IRRIGATED. MPR NOZZLES (MULTI-TRAJECTORY OR MULTI-STREAM ROTARY) SHALL BE INSTALLED IN LAWN AREAS WHERE FEASIBLE, TO MAXIMIZE EFFICIENCY. IRRIGATION SYSTEM TO BE INSTALLED WITH HEAD TO HEAD COVERAGE FOR ALL ROTOR AND SPRAY ZONES.10.NATIVE AND RIPARIAN SEEDED AREAS ARE TO BE TEMPORARILY IRRIGATED FORESTABLISHMENT PERIOD. TEMPORARY IRRIGATION TO SEEDED AREAS TO BESPRAY/ROTOR HEADS MOUNTED ON STAKES A MINIMUM OF 18" ABOVE GRADEAND ZONED SEPARATELY. TEMPORARY IRRIGATION SYSTEM MAY BE REMOVEDAFTER ONE FULL GROWING SEASON OR 80% SEED ESTABLISHMENT.11. ALL LANDSCAPE BEDS TO RECEIVE DRIP IRRIGATION.
