Acknowledgement of Sign in Utility Easement
Dear Ms. Bentley,
This letter is to acknowledge the risk associated with installing an entrance sign within the 20' public
utility along Prince Lane. I acknowledge that the sign may be removed if maintenance work on or
installation of new utilities is needed within this easement. I also acknowledge that re-installation of the
sign will be my responsibility following this work.
