Thank you for your Concept Review Submittal to review the proposed development within Nelson Meadows. The Architectural Review Committee approves the project as drawn for Concept Review.
Please submit Site Plan for review.
Site Plan Review – Submit Final Site Plan, including plans & elevations along with
COB Planning & Engineering correction comments and narrative addressing COB
corrections. Submit to ARC CONCURENT with Resubmittal of Final Site Plan to
COB Planning Dept.
OR If Planning Dept Site Plan Review approved on first submittal to the Planning
Dept submit all drawings along with Planning Approval Letter.
Submit Site Plan Review Fee:
$1500 Due with Application
