The preliminary numbers look good, however, we’ll need that confirma on from the DNRC before finalizing. Also, is the
manufacturing opera on being designed for a specific opera on/client or is this just a shell building?

Industrial Buildings – 36,098 square foot total
12,900 sf of office maximum
23,198 sf of warehouse/manufacturing space

10,000 x 12.9 = 129,000 gallons = 0.396 ac- /yr
Warehouse/Manufacturing = 5,000gal/1,000 sf
5,000 x 23.198 = 115,990 gallons = 0.356 ac- /yr
Irriga on provided by a new onsite well. Determina on le er sent to DNRC
No previously purchased CIL water rights for this lot
Total Water Rights needed= 0.396+0.356 = 0.752 ac- /yr
CIL Water Rights Due = 0.752 ac- x $6,000 = $4,512
