Morning Griffin –
We are applying for site plan application for Lots 3 & 4 of Boulder Creek Subdivision Phase 1 for 3 apartment
buildings (site plan attached) which will have 48 – two bedroom units. Per Final Plat of Phase 1 Block 5 Lots 1-
4, the owner paid for 52 multifamily households. Can you help with the calculation of what the owner will owe
for CILWR for this development, thanks!
