RE: Request for Intent to Pay Cash-in-lieu of Capital Facilities for Aaker Phase 1
Subdivision Preliminary Plat
Per the City of Bozeman’s comment on Aaker Phase 1 Subdivision Preliminary Plat
submittal (Project ID: 22-311), we are requesting our intent to pay cash-in-lieu of
capital facilities for the intersection(s) that fall below level the minimum level of
service “C” within a 15-year analysis period located within ½ mile of Aaker identified
in the Traffic Impact Study (Appendix W, Aaker Subdivision Preliminary Plat). Aaker’s
(West University, LLC) is committed to work with the City of Bozeman to determine
and pay for its proportionate share of capital improvements to the intersections
identified below prior to final plat approval.

● Intersection of 19th Ave & Kagy Blvd
