With a lot area of approximately 2.457acres Lot 3A would have a CILWR credit of 12.106AF. based on a cursory review I don’t see that a determinaon was provided for the exisng 16 units within the first phase (Planning App. No. Z-07040). For preliminary purposes we’ll use your numbers below. Original CILWR Credit = 12.106 AF Exisng Demand for 16 units (not including irrigaon) = 1.984 AF Proposed Addional Demand for 25 Units (not including irrigaon) = 3.10 AF Preliminary Remaining Credit (not including irrigaon) 12.106 AF – (1.984 + 3.10) AF = 7.022 AF Remaining We can finalize the determinaon once the project has received adequacy and you have the irrigaon demand from your LA.
