good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
do hereby grant and convey to THE MONTANA POWER COMPANY, a corporation, whose post office
address is 40 East Broadway, Butte, Montana 59701, and to its sucessors, assigns, and
permittees, the right to construct, maintain, operate and remove:
an electric power line and communication system
over, under, along and across th:3t certain real property, located in 4-
County, Montana and particularly described as follows, to-wit:

Together with the right of access to said right of way over and along existing roads and

THE GRANTOR(S) do hereby covenant with the Grantee that they are lawfully seized and
possessed of the real estate above-described, that they have a good and lawful right to
convey it, or any part thereof, and that the Grantor(s) will forever warrant and defend the
title thereto against the lawful claims of all persons whatsoever.
