There are no public lands within 200’ of the proposed subdivision. There are no known potential
hazards such as mining activity, potential subsidence, high pressure gas lines, dilapidated
structures, or high voltage power lines located within the proposed subdivision. The site is not
located in the wildlands-urban interface per the Gallatin County Wildlife Urban Interface Areas
and Fire District map.
