QUITCLAIM DEED
FOR CONSIDERATION RECEIVED, Norton Properties, LLC, an Oregon Limited Liability
Company, with a mailing address of 63020 NE Lower Meadow Drive, Suite 200, Bend, OR 97701,
the GRANTOR, does hereby convey, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto The City of
Bozeman, a Municipal Corporation of the State of Montana, with offices at 121 North Rouse
Avenue, P.O. Box 1230, Bozeman, Montana 59771, the GRANTEE, all right, title and interest in
and to the following described real estate, situated in the City of Bozeman, Gallatin County,
Montana, to-wit:
Park 5B, Linear Park 5D and Linear Park 5E, NORTON EAST RANCH SUBDIVISION,
PHASE 5B, City of Bozeman, according to the plat thereof, on file and of record in the office
of the Clerk and Recorder, Gallatin County, Montana, and located in the N 1/2 of Section 9,
Township 2 South, Range 5 East of P.M.M. No water rights are being conveyed by this
document.
TOGETHER with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging, and the
reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; and also all
the estate, right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever, as well in law
as in equity, of the Grantor.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises with their appurtenances unto the said Grantee and
to its heirs and assigns forever.
