Good morning Matt
I'm CCing Jenny Connelley with the City of Bozeman here since, as this is within city limits, I believe she's the one who
verifies how you're (re)using names of existing city streets. She may have feedback for you, particularly concerning how
N/S prefixes are used on certain road segments in this area.
Since GOOSEBERRY DRIVE is a new road name, I did double‐check that it's still a unique name within the county
boundaries and currently exists on our list of "reserved road names". So from the perspective of the county and 911,
you're good to continue using that name unless the city says otherwise.

Good Morning Warren,
I am helping prepare the final plat application for Norton Ranch Phase 5B. Can you confirm for me that the proposed
street names for this portion of the development are acceptable? It is proposed that the North/South streets be
extensions of current city streets and will keep those respective names. The only new street name for this phase is
"Gooseberry Drive". I have attached a copy of the plat for your reference.

Good Morning Matt,
The dividing line in this area for North and South is Babcock. Everything north should be referenced as North ____ and
everything south is South ______. I dont believe that Westgate Ave needs to be North/South as it starts north of
Babcock as does Gooseberry Drive.
Eldorado Ave, Reliance Ave do need to be designated North for this phase of Norton East Ranch.
Also the east/west road that Eldorado ends at on the north end, should have a name. There are 5 lots that will need to
be addressed off of it, and it appears that it will be stubbed on the west side to continue into another phase or whatever
will happen there. Please let Warren and I know what name would be proposed for that.
Ive attached a picture to highlight what were discussing here. Let me know if Im not understanding correctly or if you
have any other questions.
