This is accurate. We will be finishing the sidewalk along Peach in the next couple of weeks. We also have the approach to
complete and the pad for the garbage can structure to complete. If you can meet me at this location either today or
tomorrow, I can show you what we still need to complete.

Hi Craig,
Thanks for the call back today. To re-iterate what we discussed, the sidewalk along Rouse is part of the MDT scope of
work and had recently been installed. The sidewalk along Peach Street (extending westward from Rouse) is also part of
the MDT scope. The Peach Street sidewalk will be installed up to the box culvert at Bozeman Creek and will be done by
the MDT over the next several weeks.
Would you be able to confirm that this is accurate? Thanks for taking the time to help us out!
