HomeMy WebLinkAbout22047 Notice 3 - SECOND EXTENSION 2nd EXTENSION OF PUBLIC NOTICE SITE PLAN APPLICATION This public notice period has been extended a second time to ensure adequate opportunity for public to comment and to provide additional time for reviewers and decision makers to gather all necessary information on the nuances of the site and the original planned unit development. This is not a new public notice period, but an extension of the original one. All public comments that have been received are part of the record, and unless a commenter wishes to provide new testimony, the comment does not need to be resubmitted. This application is evaluated against the site plan criteria of section 38.230.100 of the Bozeman municipal code (BMC) and associated standards. Per 38.230.100.B, BMC, approval is granted if all criteria are met. The public may comment in writing regarding compliance of this application with the required criteria. Comments should identify the specific criteria of concern along with facts in support of the comment. Per 38.250.070.B, BMC, issues not raised during public comment period may not be raised on appeal. During the Project Name: Sundance Springs Subdivision Phase 1B, Commercial Lot 2 Application: 22047 Summary: A proposal for the development of a vacant lot with two commercial buildings. The Sundance Springs Subdivision and Planned Unit Development (PUD) designated this lot as a B-1 commercial lot. The proposal is for two, two-story shell commercial buildings, totaling 8,500sf of commercial spaces. No specific uses of the shell commercial buildings are proposed at this time. The proposal includes required parking, infrastructure and open space. Departures were requested to place the building along the southeastern property line rather than the public right of way.
