Neighborhood Context- The proposed structure fits the context in multiple ways. (see attached Streetscape document for context) a. The proposed building design respects the existing residential character of the neighborhood by fronting the street with a covered front porch and a gable dormer. b. The overall scale and massing of the residence fits the neighborhood, which is a mix of one, one and a half and two-story single-family residences. c. The primary gable roof and secondary shed roof dormer of the proposed residence are consistent with the character of the neighborhood. d. The proposed materials, horizontal lap siding with horizontal metal siding accents will appear consistent with materials used in the area. 16. N/A 17. Anticipated construction to be completed by the summer 2024.
