The Site Plan for the above-referenced project has been granted final approval. Please be informed that ANY
changes from the final plan or application will need to be reviewed by the Department of Community Development.
The conditions of approval and code provisions related to final plan approval have been satisfied. Any remaining
conditions of approval and code provisions related to building permit approval, and occupancy must be satisfied as
outlined in the staff report.
