Attached are the calculations and records of payment. I’ve confirmed that the original R-S based CILWR for Derzay Annex was paid. An additional payment was provided with the prior ZMA to R-4. The property has a total CILWR paid volume of 14.61 AF attributable to it. Current CILWR policy applies an annual demand of 0.234 AF/single family unit; and 0.124 AF/multi-family unit. Additional payment is required if the estimated annual demand 1 AF or more than the volume previously paid. The threshold for additional payment is thus 15.61 AF. This volume is sufficient to cover 66 single family homes or 125 multi-family units. So long as the development is under the described thresholds then additional CILWR is not required for the project.
