Hi Bill,
WET has been in communication with DNRC regarding planning for completion of a Groundwater Application for
Beneficial Water Use Permit. DNRC is aware that the project plans to apply for a non-consumptive beneficial use of
groundwater for the purpose of geothermal cooling. A pre-application meeting has been set for April 4 at 11 am. The
Bozeman office of DNRC will oversee the application and our point of contact is Shannon Baumgardner
