Hi Joey. Thank you for sending this along. As we discussed yesterday, after further review of this and our City-Wide
agreement with MDT for City Maintained Urban Routes the scope of this project will fall under City review and will not
need to go to MDT for consideration under the SIAP process. Please submit this email as response to the noted
comment.
Cody, thank you for including the comment. When Sanderson Stewart submits this email through PDox we can consider
the comment resolved.

Below is the comment from Cody we discussed today about the Stockman Bank’s modified access on Mendenhall
Street. From our conversation, you had noted that you did not believe MDT’s SIAP process would be needed. Please
advise.

access and potentially going through the System Impact Process.
