I also had a question looking at one of those comments that I was hoping you could look into for us. Here is the comment: This email originated from outside of Cushing Terrell. Please do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the source of the email and know the content is safe. - Cushing Terrell Computer Support 3 · BMC 38.410.060 (B) (2) Easements - The applicant must provide a ten foot utility easement (power, gas, communication, etc.) along the developments property frontages prior to Site Plan approval. The applicant may contact the Engineering Department to receive a copy of a utility easement template. Our civil engineer was not sure why that easement is necessary. He was saying that typically private utility easements are already taken care of as part of the platting process for a development. We don’t need a private utility easement for our proposed building design which led us to think it would not be needed. Is there a way we could communicate that to remove the requirement, or what would be the best way to handle that? See attached for city comment e-mail and electrical drawing set. The electrical drawing set was sent to the city back in August and has been updated with non-related utility items but gives you an idea of what’s going on electrically. See page 4 and 5 out of 11.
