Below are your questions and the answers. - What is proposed to be built? Is it just the tower in the NE corner of the gated area or are the structures on the west side of the property proposed as well? Were these in the CONR? As to the CONR and correspondence that you and I have had this is just the tower in the NE corner of the gated area. No new structures are proposed on the West side of the property as they are existing substation (electrical) structures. The tower information (drawings) were provided in the CONR. - What are the heights of the proposed structures? The narrative does not discuss, can you provide elevations? The overall height of the proposed tower structure is 80 feet above ground level. This is required to have a clear line of site to our tower on top of our Operations Center in Bozeman on Griffin Drive. Elevation (Ground Level) of the Substation Property is 4629 feet (per Google Earth), The Elevation (Top of Tower) – referenced to the Substation Property Elevation is 4509 feet - What does TOC stand for? I’m not familiar with the TOC reference that was provided. Can you refer to a specific document or drawing where that is listed?
