The City Commission of Bozeman gave preliminary approval to this application on
September 27, 2022. The approval was subject to the contingencies in the staff
report. The contingencies have been included with ProjectDox and you should have
received an email from that system. Please address the contingencies by uploading
the necessary materials back into the ProjectDox system for final processing.
